Let me introduce you!

Meet Shay

Hi Sisters,

I am Shay Harder! My legal name is Brittany Harder but I go by Shay which is my soul name. Feel free to call me either. I’m so excited to meet you all. I am a holistic health and integrative wellness practitioner who specializes in helping people holistically heal from anxiety, depression, blood and immunity disorders, hormone balancing and infertility, and trauma at the cellular, energetic, and soul-level. I have my own business, Shay Michelle Wellness, LLC and a co-owned business with my sister called The Holistic Fertility Sisters, LLC. I also work as a Professor of Soul Retrieval, People Development, and Product Development at Prodigy School which is the program that helped me start my own businesses (and where I met Amanda <3) . My absolute favorite thing is to see people breakthrough and fully step into their own authentic inner power. I feel like when we are able to breakfree from societal norms, pressures, socialization, and limiting beliefs, we are an unstoppable and embodied movement of real change.

I have had an unexplainable sort of journey “getting here.” I moved to Florida for college in 2007 and decided I wanted to be a professor and researcher. I earned my bachelors degree in 2011, my Masters degree in 2013, my PhD in 2017, and worked as a professor at a southern, mid-sized, private university from 2017-2021. Although “on paper” I was crushing it at the game of success, I was in so much inner pain and suffered from suppressed emotional and mental trauma. Blacking out from alcohol became a casual weekday night, smoking, barely sleeping, barely eating, etc. and not to mention, my work became my whole life and identity. I had so much anxiety and I couldn’t be alone, I was always so stressed out and overwhelmed. Everything was dramatic and my relationships all suffered from my inability to face my inner-self. It all came crashing down in 2019 when I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer of the immune system), was in an abusive relationship, and was barely able to keep up with my job that overworked the heck out of me. It is surreal that as I write this, I am 3 years in remission <3

I am not appreciative of cancer, but I am incredibly appreciative of the forced hault that helped me turn my life around and make some really significant changes.

I can’t wait to talk to you more about my own story and struggles and my experiences of healing and creating a life that is soul-fulfilling and authentically aligned. I can’t wait to tell you the ways in which spirituality and holistic health and wellness helped me and continue to be the rocks from which I am able to live a much more balanced, stress-free, healthy life. I don’t think we’re ever truly “healed” or “done doing the work.” I believe it’s a life-long process of learning and living, and I believe we are truly supposed to live in community to help guide each other in doing just that.

In solidarity and with love,

Shay <3
