Meet Alesha

I remember the moment when I realized that I was overwhelmed, stressed, and unsatisfied with my life choices. I was new mom, working job that I didn’t love, battling my negative mindsets, feeling hopeless about my happiness, and wondering if I would ever be worthy of living a full and truly happy life. Some days the burdens of my life would feel so heavy, I wondered why do I have to do this? One night laying in bed the thoughts became so overwhelming and I knew something had to change. I began reading self-help books, watching YouTube videos on manifestation, tried to find out my purpose, left toxic relationships, tried online meditations, and listened to motivational videos. Still, I struggled with accountability, time management, and feeling supported in my journey toward health, balance, and inner peace. 

Since then I’ve created multiple group hybrid programs that help people manage their stress, deepen their spiritual connection and create a new life that feels peaceful and fulfilled.
